Sun Valley resort is building a new 8 passenger Doppelmayr Gondola to be completed in the Fall of 2009. This is footage of a Heli Quest company helicopter using a cable and bucket to load cement for the gondola tower's footings. Pilot seems pretty good.... 6'000 to 8000 feet elevation and a warm summer breezy day. This Gondola will take visitors about 2/3 they way up the mountain to the Round House lodge /restaurant.
