The Queen Marys Kockums Tyfon 575 on the right of the ships forward funnel is still the original horn/whistle of the QM, The original horn/whistle on the left of the funnel now resides on the Queen Mary 2. This one of two Leslie A-300 ship horn that I own. These are popular on older big tugs and ferries.This is an older A-300 and it is all bronze. A rare horn compared to its steam counterpart the Leslie Steam Tyfon 300. I replaced 2 of the 3 bronze diaphragms that were cracked in the middle. The Bronze diaphragms were very very expensive! The Leslie is being blown at 200psi. This horn can handle up to 300psi of air!
