I thought this was a great clip. A police officer pulls over a lady and she will not get off her phone. Finally, after multiple requests to exit her vehicle the officer tazes the women. I think its a safe bet next time an officer asks her to step out of the vehicle she will be more than happy to comply. (WARNING: LARGE DOWNLOAD)

There are mostly good cops out there and they do an incredible job. This officer works for the Vernal, Utah UHP Office and tazes then arrests a guy for not signing a speeding ticket who only was looking for a further explanation. Not to mention I am pretty sure cops still have to read our rights which he also refuses to do.
