Goalkeeper Heinz Muller kicks Geir Ludvig Fevang hard in the head during a soccer match on June 24th. Fevang was badly injured, with multiple fractures, and a concussion. Normally a goalkeeper would not straighten his leg like Muller did. Was it intentional?
