for more info visithttp://www.createyourhealth.com/wordpress/hypnotherapy Brennan Smith, C.Ht Hypnotherapy is for people who are ready to create change in their lives. Old, unwanted patterns (fears, habits, relationships, limiting beliefs) are easily changed by creating new patterns in your unconscious mind. Access to this part of your mind is provided through a deep calming of the physical body, the emotions, and your thoughts. Focusing on the pleasures, rewards, and benefits of the new pattern youre choosing in the hypnotic state automatically guides your unconscious to make the changes intuitively. You can effectively create new, positive patterns through therapeutic office visits, hypnosis phone sessions, or hypnosis mp3 downloads.

Just training... Mental and physical empowerment through training. I dont believe in limiting yourself to one kind of workout, such as calisthenics or weight training. I believe an equal balance of everything will provide the best results. Most of my life I was stuck to weight training/ plyometrics, but as I gain knowledge, I am finding that through calisthenics, stretching and isometrics, my body is responding to better gains. Right now I am studying kinesiology and I am trying to read as much literature as possible. If anyone in southern california is in need of a personal trainer, please message me. I have my certificates, and even more valuable, I have experience. peace!

He comments on the City Manager taking land on Gore Street by eminent domain without and notice to taxpayers. Bercaw asks about Be Curious Day in the city schools. He suggests the only way to rid the city of rodents is by banning people and food. Limiting the city to Biotech Companies and alcohol would work. Regarding bicycle racks in Central Square Bercaw suggests removing sidewalks to make room for more racks. He asks why the City Manager asks for over time appropriations for the Water Department for medical expenses. How can he know the future? Bercaw asks what benefits the viewers get for the $850,000 that CCTV

More than half of us are fooling ourselves that we eat and drink healthily and as a result, suffering fatigue and bad moods, according to a new study commissioned by the Tea Advisory Panel. Men and women aged from 25 to 54 answered questions from the General Well-Being Schedule, a recognised indicator of mood and well-being. Those in ‘moderate distress’ were significantly more likely to be consuming considerably less than the recommended number of portions of fruit and vegetables. All of those who admitted they ate the wrong foods were in ‘moderate or severe distress.’ Melinda Messenger is working with the Tea Advisory Panel to help them raise awareness of the numerous health benefits of drinking tea. “The message is clear: Living a healthy lifestyle is associated with helping us to feel good. Eating a balanced diet, drinking enough fluid such as tea (which also contains antioxidants); limiting our alcohol intake; taking physical activity; and having a good balance between work and leisure is linked with
