Formula 1 cars have changed significantly from 2008 to 2009 thanks to several new aerodynamic rules. The new rules, which introduce bigger front wings and smaller rear wings among other changes, are primarily designed to increase the chances of overtaking during Grand Prix. Panasonic Toyota Racing has been testing its new car, the TF109, since January as its drivers Jarno Trulli and Timo Glock prepare for the first race of the season on March 29 in Australia.

The teams drivers are familiar with the different characteristics, with Jarno Trulli having made his Formula 1 debut on slick tyres in 1997 and Timo Glock winning the GP2 Series title on slicks in 2007.
More than 500.000 motorsport fans went nuts during the Bavaria City Racing event held in Rotterdam. Formula 1 racing drivers Jarno Truli, Giancarlo Fisichella and Adrian Sutil went all the way on the Rotterdam street circuit.

Panasonic Toyota Racing is preparing for its eighth season in Formula 1 using its all-new car, the TF109, which features revised aerodynamics and slick tires to comply with the sports new rules. Pre-season testing began on 19 January. Drivers Jarno Trulli and Timo Glock drove the car on special filming days at the Ascari Race Resort in Spain. This is raw footage with no soundtrack, but for us, the mellifluous F1 exhaust is more than enough. Enjoy.
