This is my little brother costumed as a terrorist by me. In Germay we celebrate something called carnival in februrary, where everybody turns on costumes and makes party. I think the photo was taken in 2002. Enjoy it;) I saw this picture on the main page as a cover for the halloween costume contest, so I decided to submit it.
