Last week I hit the streets of NYC to participate in This Is Why Youre Fats Eat N Tweet street food tour in which six of NYCs favorite vendors were asked to come up with creations inspired by TIWYF and their newly released book. Our trip started with a visit to Wafles & Dinges, followed by The Cupcake Stop, The Bistro Truck, NYC Cravings, The Treats Truck and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream. Over all the food was fantastic, I just wish I felt as good by the end of the day! I must have put on 10lbs.
