So today was a pretty rough day to be honest. A lot of emotional highs and lows--but mostly lows. We both had it rough. But this is to be expected. The colon is the place where we store old memories and cling to the past. As the body and the mind are really one thing, when the body cleanses the mind cleanses as well and we see all the things weve been holding onto.Otis had a big breakthrough during a guided meditation that Jenny did with him that he needs to start dancing again. That feels good. It feels light and pressureless which is a feeling he hasnt felt as much as hed like.Jenny had mucoid plaque come out and recognized that the body is real and that it does matter what we put inside of ourselves. Internal cleansing is like showering, but for some reason, our culture hasnt wanted to touch it with a 10-foot pole. Imagine what it would be like if you hadnt showered in 10 years.
