2008/2009 proved to be tough season for Wasps fly half Danny Cipriani. A severe ankle injury suffered at the end of the previous campaign meant he never really got a chance to fulfill the hopes many had for him. He also missed out on summer tours not only with the British and Irish Lions but more surprisingly the England team. In this video Danny looks forward to getting back on track , and also talks about how the Lions will get on in their test matches against South Africa.

Twickenham is used to hosting members of the sporting elite, and competitors in a nationwide grassroots rugby tournament can now say that they have also stepped onto the famous turf. The winners and runners up from the Land Rover Cup , all from the under 11 and under 12 age groups , felt the cheers of the crowd in their ears as they took part in a parade of champions at this years Guinness Premiership Final. To get there, the teams had taken part in a series of 12 Land Rover Cup festivals which took place up and down the country this season. Each tournament was run in conjunction with the relevant Premiership Club in that area. As this video shows, they also got the chance to meet one of their heroes, London Wasps star Danny Cipriani a man who isnt that much older than they are!
