I just watched American Teen over the weekend and was really impressed! Its basically a modern day Breakfast Club. I totally related to the story line and could emphasize with the trials, tribulations, heart breaks, first loves, and anxiousness to leave highschool, but yet the timidness to enter college. I watched American Teen last night and I was really impressed. I just found out it was a winner at the Sundance Festival this year AND it was directed by Nanette Burnstein!! I found this clip and wanted to share it with you; it was one of my favorite moments from the film; it really brought me back to one of the most memorable nights of highschool- PROM NIGHT:) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, and for those of you who haven't had the chance to catch American Teen yet, I highly highly recommend it!
