  Man, its amazing how people only see what they want to see. Clearly she reached out with her right hand and grabbed a hold of the left side of the police officer's vest first. Interfering with a police investigation. At no point did this woman have any right to touch this police officer. IF (and i'm saying IF) that officer carries a duty knife or any other objects on that side of his vest, then that is threatening gesture. The officer then pushed her away with a strike that was completely justified

  excessive use of force, he was trying to drag someone over a table from a bad vantage point. he wasn't even trying to effectively control the situation and just went in guns blazing. the people were right there, his fellow officers should have removed HIM from the scene and calmed her down to arrest the drunk later. PEACEABLY, goddamnit.
