I use similar weights for Olympic weightlifting... that looks more like 275... a 45lbs plate on each side... along with two 35s on each side... plus the bar (45). If the plates are in kilos... then the most I could be is 295... dude drop the weight and learn proper form... heavy weight will come when you put in the hard work.
