This was part of a Midsummer's Night festival that saw this town break the Polish record for floating lanterns by setting aloft 11,000 lanterns. In reverse, it would be 11,000 fiery orbs converging on Poland and crashing to Earth to mark the Summer Solstice.

If you pause it at 0:42, for a split second there they make up a perfect map of the world. Need to be pretty exact with the pausing though.

That was touching, very amazing thing Poland did to remember the victims of the May 22nd, Joplin, MO Tornado by releasing all of those in their honor. Joplin, MO loves you Poland!
