Many aspects of rodeo have foundations in real-world events. Breaking a bronco, roping a runaway calf, these are things most ranchers must do in the course of a year. Of course, the focus of Break's rodeo category is more on the mistakes and more extreme aspects of rodeo. It's the broken bones from a bucking bronco or the calf that cannot be caught, not to mention the sport that involves riding a meaty minivan of hate for as long as humanly possible. Which is usually no more than 9 seconds. Rodeo is for the brave or the stupid, but mainly both.
