Taxes

Taxes bring all Americans together through their common hatred of paying their part to make the government run. If given a choice, most Americans would do anything to avoid paying taxes. That's why the government takes its taxes out of Americans' checks long before they get to see the money. Statistically speaking, 8 out 10 Americans would dig a hole in their backyards and bury their money there to keep the government from getting its cut. 2 out of 10 work for the IRS and would have to hunt down the other 8 out of 10 at tax time in April.
