When you think of girls dancing, you might think of a graceful ballerina, a hyped up music video girl, or even say a pole dancing girl. It's an incredible cardiovascular workout, you know. That's a good starting place, but we encourage you to go a little further with your imagination. Imagine that ballerina, flying off the edge of the stage. Think of the music video girl accidentally hitting the dancer next to her in the face. Picture that woman on the pole, bringing the pole crashing to the ground. Now, imagine all the girls at home imitating those women and failing even harder. Sublime.
