Teacher Changes Facebook Status To "In Relationship"...With A Student

Facebook is an amazing thing. It allows you to stay in contact with people who you otherwise would lose touch with whether it's the classmate you separated from when you moved off to college, a boyfriend or girlfriend in a long distance relationship or the teacher who fell in love with you while you were a student in their class. One teacher from Scotland is so in love with the student that led to her being incarcerated that she announced she's "in [a] relationship" with him on her Facebook page.

Back in 2012, Police arrested and charged 27-year-old Eppie Sprung Dawson after she was caught in a physical relationship with a 17-year-old student. She lost her job, got a divorce from her husband and even had to serve jail time including probation as a registered sex offender. Now that she's served her time, she rekindled her relationship with the student who made it all happen in the first place and she even confirmed it by posting her relationship in her Facebook profile. Both now are of the legal age but it's bound to make things awkward, especially when they have kids and the little tyke wants to know how Mommy and Daddy met.

Dawson also got at least 27 likes for her status update on Facebook since she made the change to her profile. Attendees of the wedding can post gifts from the prospective bride and groom at any nearby Target or Toys 'R Us.
