Megan Boone Makes The Fap List

Some people have a face that makes you want to say I’ve seen her somewhere. Actress Megan Boone is one of them. Probably because you have seen her somewhere. Not only does she have an All-American girl face, Megan has appeared on enough feature films and TV shows for people to feel like she looks familiar. Megan is from Florida and studied at Florida State University where she graduated with a BA in acting from their School of Theatre in 2005. She then studied at The Asolo Repertory Theatre, a professional theater in Sarasota, Florida. In 2007, Megan starred in a play, Limonade Tous Les Jours in Los Angeles and won two LA Weekly Theater Awards. Her first feature film was the opposite of theater; she made her debut in the horror movie, My Bloody Valentine 3D in 2009. But she followed this up with Sex and the City 2 in 2010 where she had a supporting role.  During this time, Megan also wrote and directed a short film, Eggshells for Soil. She made the move to television and appeared in several TV series as a guest before she got the role of a Junior DA in NBC’s Law & Order; Los Angeles. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled in its first season. Megan went back to features and in 2012, appeared in the 4th installment of the Step Up dance series, Step Up Revolution. In 2013, Megan had a reoccurring role on Blue Bloods, the CBS cop drama series starring Tom Selleck. She finally landed a starring role as FBI profiler, Elizabeth Keene in the successful NBC series, The Blacklist which premiered September 23, 2013 and co-stars lovable bad boy James Spader.  However, Megan’s biggest starring role may be as one of the actresses whose iPhone accounts were hacked in late September 2014 granting hackers access to a plethora of nude pictures. This celebrity nude photo leak is the biggest to ever grace the internet and led to much outrage over privacy issues and security violations.

There are about 4 naked selfie pics taken by Megan reflected through an oddly shaped mirror.  The mirror looks like something Sleeping Beauty would use and in one particular close up, you can see the brand name, “Sony” on the mirror.  In all the pictures, Megan is nude and kneeling on the bed as she takes the pictures. Since she’s kneeling, you can’t see her female parts but you certainly can see her breasts. In a couple of pictures she strikes a pose with her hands crossed over her head. You can see a cowboy hat and her folded clothes hanging over a chair in the mirror. From a plausible deniability factor, you can see Megan’s face even though the pictures are not HD clear so it would be pretty hard for her to claim it’s not her in the photos. However, since she does have one of those common faces, Megan could argue the pictures are of a look-a-like. It wouldn’t be a very strong argument, but one can argue anything.

As of now, nobody has been arrested for the leak since authorities haven’t been able to pinpoint the crime on any one person. Although there’s been no arrest as of yet, there’s been plenty of commentary. It’s expected that the FBI would do an investigation into the matter but they haven’t said much about it except that it was “aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals, and is addressing the matter.” Apple’s CEO Tim Cook first said that his company was not to blame and that the hackers targeted very specific victims. Cook later stated that Apple did plan to increase the privacy and security of iCloud customers by implementing a two-factor authentication security feature in new versions of their software. One of the leak’s highest profile victims, Jennifer Lawrence, called the leak a “sex crime” and a “sexual violation.” She said that anybody who looked at the pictures are perpetuating a sexual offense and should cower with shame. Justin Verlander, pitcher for the Detroit Tigers who appeared in some of girlfriend Kate Upton’s leaked nudes said very little when asked about the incident, “I’m not commenting on that. I’m trying to win a pennant. I knew I’d be getting a lot of questions. This is it.” (For the record, Verlander didn’t win the pennant.) And representing “unnamed victims of the leaks,” on October 1, 2014, entertainment lawyer Marty Singer threatened Google with a $100 million lawsuit claiming the website refused to remove the nude images even after receiving Singer’s initial request. He claimed the internet search engine was “knowingly accommodating, facilitating and perpetuating unlawful conduct.” For their part, Google didn’t even flinch. They countered Singer’s expensive threat by releasing a statement through a spokesman saying that they did remove the nude pictures “within hours of the requests being made.” Google concluded, “The Internet is used for many good things. Stealing people’s private photos is not one of them.” So there.
