Man Shoots Two People During Beer Pong Game While Distracting Opponent With Gun

When playing beer pong, all is fun and games until someone vomits or accidentally shoots someone. During a Fourth of July game of beer pong in Roseland, Chicago, 27-year-old Manus Shannon decided to distract his opponent by waving his 9mm semiautomatic gun in his face. The gun accidentally went off and shot not one, but two people. Manus Shannon definitely earns the “anus” in his first name.

The gun went off when the opponent pushed him away. It struck the opponent in the finger and another bystander in the shoulder. By the way, who the hell still plays beer pong? Unless you’re in a frat, sorority, or some bullcorn like that, you get a pass. I think it’s required for those kinds of organizations. I mean, do you really need an excuse to drink beer out of a red Solo cup? And I guess it’s okay if you’re playing it on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Secondly, why the hell did Shannon bring a semiautomatic gun to a Fourth of July party? Furthermore, why did he think it was a good idea to wave it around in someone’s face? As we have learned, alcohol and firearms don’t mix very well.

The victims were taken to the hospital and are in stable condition. As for Anus Shannon, he was arrested and charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. His dumb-ass act of intimidation definitely should ban him from making any decisions in life. Forever.
