Lindsay Lohan Sues 'Grand Theft Auto V' For Using Her Stupid, Vapid Likeness

Lindsay Lohan turned 43 28 on Wednesday, and to celebrate, she filed a frivolous lawsuit against the makers of Grand Theft Auto V. I guess that out of all the ways she could have ended up in court on her birthday, this is probably the best.

Zing! I should write for Jay Leno (R.I.P. Jay).

According to the L.A. Times, her suit alleges that "Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive's use of a character named Lacey Jonas is an 'unequivocal' reference to the Mean Girls and The Parent Trap actress."

By that logic, every trash-ball methhead in Palmdale should be suing over the character of Trevor Philips.

For those of you who haven't played the game, actress Lacey Jonas is a vapid, self-centered skank who suffers from anorexia as well as a severe lack of talent. When you put it that way, maybe Lohan has a point (zing again!).

Unfortunately for Lacey Lindsay, it doesn't take a legal scholar to see that Rockstar is probably going to win the case since parody and satire are protected under the first amendment. But at least her lawyers will manage to squeeze what's left of that Scary Movie money out of her.

Happy birthday, Lilo! Don't have too much fun, or you'll violate your parole (I'm on fire)!
