Check Out Kurt Russell's Epic Mustache For His Role In Tarantino's New Movie

Anticipation is high for films like The Force Awakens and Ghostbusters 3 (or whatever the hell they're going to call it), but it's Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight that is quietly gaining momentum now that production is well on its way to calling it a wrap. Tarantino's follow up western to 2014's Django Unchained has made little press in terms of images or even teasers, so it's welcomed that Kurt Russell's new look for the film is making waves. And boy is it a look. Not that he's undergone a weight change or anything common for actors, it's the fact that he has grown one of the most epic mustaches..ever.

Oh.

My.

GOD.

Looking a little something like his Wyatt Earp days from 1993's Tombstone, Russell was seen sporting the new mustache near the location where Hateful Eight is shooting in Colorado in the third photo and Los Angeles in the first two. It's a fitting look considering Russell's character name is John "The Hangman" Ruth. Nice.

The film stars Tarantino veterans Samuel L. Jackson, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, as well as Tarantino newcomers Bruce Dern and Jennifer Jason Leigh. But it's the film's plot that sounds even cooler; Post-Civil War bounty hunters trying to find shelter during a blizzard but get involved in a plot of betrayal and deception. Sounds like a western version of Reservoir Dogs. I'm excited. Apparently the film will be released later this year.

In the meantime, I better start trying to grown mine so I can have it ready for Halloween / the rest of my life.
