Kid Gets Entire Year Of Free Chicken Nuggets From Wendy’s Using Simple Plan

In the hierarchy of fast food chicken nuggets:

  1. Wendy’s
  2. Popeye’s
  3. Chick-fil-a
  4. McDonald’s
  5. –—————-LINE OF RELEVANCY——————
  6. Everyone else

Don’t even try to tell me that KFC belongs on that list. KFC is fried chicken for people who hate fried chicken and just want to shove something greasy into their mouths without accounting for taste, quality or the likelihood that you swallowed a few cashier pubes that got accidentally (or was it an accident?) fried into the breading. Carter Wilkinson, a teen with a Twitter account and nothing to lose, decided that he was tired of eating trash nuggets from other places and that it was time to commit fully to Wendy’s glorious fried chicken blobs.

Sadly, Carter’s journey to an entire year of free chicken nuggets from Wendy’s seemed impossible:

Soon, Carter began competing with Ellen Degeneres for the most re-tweeted tweet of all-time…

…though Ellen was a good sport about it, even inviting Carter on her show to help him achieve his re-tweets:

But this past Tuesday, Carter finally achieved his dreams and had his tweet become the most re-tweeted tweet ever:

Indeed, Carter got his mothafuckin’ chicken nuggets for an entire year:

If that’s not a shining example of the American dream, I don’t know what is.

If you could have an entire year’s supply of one fast food item, what would it be? Let us know in the comments!
