Wonder Woman Gets A New Bronzed Look For 'Batman VS. Superman'

Today we get our first look at Batman VS. Superman's Wonder Woman, played by Gal Gadot. I have to say, for my money, she looks like she belongs in the new Hercules rather than Zack Snyder's Man of Steel sequel. But maybe it's because she is standing on top of a volcano so a lot of that ash muted the familiar yellow, red and blue's of her costume that we're so used to seeing.

Presented at Comic-Con during the Batman VS. Superman panel in Hall H, Zack Snyder, Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot presented this first official image of the yin to Superman's yang.

It's nice to see Wonder Woman finally come to life after the debacle that was the Warner Bros. TV pilot starring Adrianne Palicki and produced by David E. Kelley. A costume that looked like something Kelley just picked up from the local Walgreens on his way to set.

Yeesh.

But I'm still waiting to see if this movie is really any good before I ooh and ahh at any new released images. Zack Snyder can make a pretty picture, but when it comes to character and storytelling, I thought Man of Steel was seriously lacking.

So what are your thoughts on this new Wonder Woman look? Do you dig it?
