Artie Lange's Match.com Profile Picture Is Both Honest And Hilarious

Artie Lange, who most grew to love as Howard Stern's co-hosting sidekick for a period of time, is single. Hard to believe, I know, but in this day and age when you hear that there's plenty of fish in the sea, you go online, create a datig profile and realize that there's actually more women out there beyond the ladies at your work place and local gas station (as hot as the gas station women are, it's good to look a touch further). Which is probably what led to Artie Lange to join the dating site Match.com. Either that or he was just really bored.

The best part however isn't so much the notion that Lange is trying out an online dating site, it's how honest his profile picture is. Depicting himself slouched on a couch with his shirt riding up to reveal his gut, decorated with an EpiPen for diabetics and a Reese's peanut butter cup, how could the ladies resist. It screams "I don't plan on going anywhere this weekend beyond a Redbox and my toilet." Most people use photos of themselves on the beach, on vacation or just generally out and about having a really great time. Lange however lets you know exactly what you're going to get.

I've always liked Lange but he also gets points for having the most delicious candy known to man as one of his two ornaments.

Lange unveiled the Match.com photo on Conan O'Brien's show last night which I really hope boosted his match percentage.

Lange, who brags that the photo is one of the better pictures he's taken in the past five years says he's not getting a lot of "flirts" on the dating site. Maybe it's time to switch over to OK Cupid instead. Or Red Lobster's parking lot. Probably Red Lobster's parking lot.
