Arnold Schwarzenegger Replacing Donald Trump On The Celebrity Apprentice

This summer when Donald Trump announced his presidential campaign it had some really horrible, negative backlash that angered a large group of people. I am of course talking about fans of The Celebrity Apprentice who were saddened to learn that in order to run for president Trump would have to resign as host of the long running reality TV show.

Today we learned that an equally successful, huge megastar would be taking over as CEO of The Boardroom during the 2016-2017 television season.  The Terminator himself, former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will host The Celebrity Apprentice. Now when Gary Busey is acting crazy there will be someone to tell him to “get down!”

Even if you were not a fan of The Apprentice, you have to admit Arnold at the head of the boardroom is pretty badass.

NBC made the announcement Monday and executive producer Mark Burnett said in a statement;

 “After leaving the show to run for political office, Donald made it clear that he wanted The Celebrity Apprentice to be able to continue to raise millions of dollars annually for worthy causes, and now NBC and I have found an amazing new leader to do just that. Gov. Schwarzenegger will use his vast and highly successful business, political and media experience to drive this hit franchise to new heights.”

It is good to see that Trump doesn’t mind Schwarzenegger taking his old job. The Donald congratulated The Arnold with a Tweet.

Donald Trump loved to send people off the show by telling them “You’re fired!” So now Arnold is already trying out some of his own catch phrases for the show including… “You’re terminated!” Or. “You won’t be back!” I can’t believe he didn’t think of the obvious “Hasta la vista, baby!” Maybe Arnold already has so many catchphrases to choose from he can pick a new one each week.

Wow. I’m blown away and honored by all your messages. I can’t wait to bring my experience to the board room & raise millions for charity.

While candidates in the original Apprentice vied to get a job with Donald Trump at one of his many businesses, let’s just hope that nobody lands a job as Arnold’s housekeeper. … He has a big house to clean, all I’m saying.

What do you think Arnold’s Celebrity Apprentice catchphrase should be?
