Tara Reid’s Instagram Led To Her Boyfriend Getting Fired From His Job

No one is really sure how Tara Reid can afford to take so many fun vacations. On her Instagram, she’s always spotted at the beach, by a pool or even shirtless bowling in some instances. Well now we know where the money for all of this R&R came from because her boyfriend was fired from his high paying job because he had been spending the company card on a ton of extravagant things for his lucky lady.

Aaron Kaufman, who is a top executive for Blue Shield was recently investigated for spending what seemed like a little too much on the company card and Tara Reid’s more than open Instagram account was proof that the two were having a lot of fun spending someone’s money together. After accountants for Blue Shield looked into the funds spent, they found a ridiculous amount of company money that had gone toward air travel for vacations, hotel stays and even a particular night out when Tara Reid decided to go bowling shirtless.  All from Kaufman’s company card.

The LA times pointed out the specific amount of money spent during Kaufman’s personal trips that he disguised as corporate events.

Blue Shield cited numerous examples of Kaufman’s extravagant spending, some of which came to light after an employee event involving Reid at a San Francisco bowling alley. Some of the expenses cited by Blue Shield included $17,491 that Kaufman spent on a Florida vacation to see Reid.

He also spent $832 for one night at the W hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with Reid on Jan. 21, according to the company. Three weeks later, he ran up a corporate tab of $1,382 on drinks at the Warwick, a Hollywood nightclub.

I’m sorry, but even if these were actual corporate events, that’s a lot of money to be put toward “drinks” and a hotel. What the hell, Blue Shield?

I suppose it’s safe to say the “honeymoon” is over and so are the lavish vacations. Let’s see how long this relationship will last now that Kaufman is applying for unemployment.
