Watch this movie very close. I missed it the first few times. The dealer has about 7 or 8 cards in his hand and he deals the cards out snapping them into the table. After every snap the card dissapears. Apparently...

Some guy gets a cheap shot in at a bar but his buddy steps in with an incredibly hard return punch. The guy is knocked out cold well before he hits the ground. Its nice to have a 300 pound buddy watching your back.
